Monteverdi Vespers of 1610
The 400th anniversary of the Monteverdi Vespers will be marked by a unique performance in Oxford’s historic Sheldonian Theatre. Laurence Lyndon-Jones conducts the Arcadian Singers of Oxford, joined by the Oxford Monteverdi Ensemble led by Nicolette Moonen (violinist and artistic director of the Bach Players, London). Soloists include Rogers Covey-Crump, Nicholas Scott (tenors), Robyn Allegra Parton, Jacqueline Dias (sopranos).
